Yoga Trapeze class will expand your practice by using gravity to deepen your strength and flexibility, providing asanas that will help condition and tone your full upper body. Students will incorporate traditional exercises with the trapeze using gravity to intensify your practice. Yoga Trapeze is perfect for the yogis who love getting into exotic poses.The Yoga Trapeze provides routines that integrate pushing, holding, pulling, twists, backbends, forward bends, and hip openers to compliment a mat based yoga practice.
