Originating in Germany, this trainer helps provide balance and stability to help strengthen your body and deepen your flexibility. Our FeetUp Yoga class features seated postures with classic standing poses using the FeetUp trainer to help support you and expand your practice. If you practice chair yoga the FeetUp trainer will bring your asanas to a deeper level! In the intermediate class you will begin to get comfortable upside down in the trainer as we work on taking inversions to the next level. Students will learn different leg variations, arm balances, and free balance postures.
Class Cancelation Policies:
Please signups 1 day prior to scheduled class. Attendance or unsafe weather conditions may result in class cancelation. All updates can be found on punchpass.
